A Feast of Flavors and Fun for all ages!

Begin your Cooking day with a visit to one of the Town Markets and to the "Tortilla Factory" where we will buy the fresh dough to hand make our own corn tortillas.

At the market we also buy the ingredients for the dishes and the salsas of the day. You will learn about the different produces cultivated in the area and about the historical and cultural facts of the Mexican Foods.

After selecting and shopping the produces, we will drive to the home of the Chef for the hands-on cooking experience. The Chef and his Family will share with you some of their own family recipes, cooking techniques and you will indulge yourself into the delicious meals that are cooked by locals on family celebrations and special ocassions. And the best of all: you eat what you cook during the class and you will Take a bit of your trip home permanently!

An authentic Farmer's to Table Cooking Class !

ü The food markets we visit are not fancy, these are the places where local vendors sell indigenous produces and where the natives find the original flavors.
ü All the dishes are cooked from scratch during the class, with fresh ingredients bought the same morning during the market tour.
ü ü We will always be happy to add a second recipe to the meal of the day.
ü ü We pay special attention to hygiene and we observe high cleanliness standards. We purify all vegetables, water and ice.
ü Vegetarians, Vegans, Gluten and Dairy Free are more than welcome.
