Meet Chef Alberto at one of Cancun’s bustling markets, where you’ll choose fresh ingredients for the day’s recipes. Learn about the different ingredients and how to select the best quality.

Chef Alberto will also take you to a local “tortilleria” to learn how to make fresh tortillas from scratch.

After the market tour, head to Chef Alberto’s home for an authentic “Mi Casa, su Casa” cooking class experience. In this warm and inviting setting, you’ll learn to cook traditional Mexican dishes using the fresh ingredients you selected.
