What to Expect:

The cooking day begins with Chef Francisco guiding the group through the Local produce Market of San Jose del Cabo where the native families find the freshest ingredients. Chef Francisco will also take you to visit a “Tortilla Factory” from where you will pick the fresh dough to hand-make your own corn tortillas during the cooking class.

Once at the home of the Chef you will learn how to cook the best of the Mexican salsas and dishes .
